How do you facilitate learning?

Yay! I have a learning management system (LMS) so now I can tell my learners what they need to know and I won’t need to spend time and money bringing them into workshops  and running induction and orientation programmes. They just need to log on, work through all the modules and they will be up and running and we will have no more compliance issues. They will know how to use our systems and how to get help, and stop security breaches. 

Well, I wish it worked like that, but you will probably find you are dealing with people, who have different ways of learning and just reading things will not mean that everyone will know it or be able to use it or follow it. This is where my skills and experience can help you. It would be great if we could get together before you start your online or blended learning project. However, I know that it will be most likely be after you have had a programme of learning up and running for a while and you aren’t getting the results you wanted. That is fine, I can support you in redesigning, rejigging or putting a plan in place to achieve the learning outcome you need.
