In my coaching practice I’m providing a gateway for your wisdom, your deep sense of knowing, to shine its magnificence and guide you. In a safe and secure environment, we will playfully and creatively explore how you can grow your skills, knowledge and abilities to have a meaningful and fulfilling life journey.

Emotional Release Weight Management Programme
The Emotional Release Weight Loss Programme is a FIVE week programme that can be done online via Zoom or in person. The time commitment is two hours for the first session and around 90 minutes for the four consecutive sessions spread over five weeks.
After the five weeks there is an option to join a support group that meets twice a month.

Group Coaching
For groups of up to eight women willing to commit to a five-month journey of growth and development.
Some people enjoy learning in a supportive group environment. You might like the sense of community that is created,feel the group will help hold you to account, or get enthused byhelping others succeed. This Group Coaching environment brings a wealth of experience and learning together and builds long term connections. It requires a commitment of time and the willingness to do some planning and work outside of the sessions. These coaching groups run several times throughout the year. Look at the workshop calendar for one you can join or contact me if you would like to be in a group or have an idea to start a group of your own.
Niki’s sessions always made me think! Her style was a mixture between intuition, warmth and challenge – she would consistently push me a bit further with my thinking and my goals. I recommend Niki for anyone who is looking to get more ‘in tune’ with why they make certain choices or say certain things; for anyone who is feeling a bit lost or a bit stuck and needs someone to help them get more clarity; and for anyone who needs someone who can figure out their blind spots and challenge them. Be prepared to work in these coaching sessions!
Before coaching I had less quality time for myself and that was exhausting and I was out of my comfort zone. I didn’t realise I was so uncomfortable. I didn’t know how to be authentic in the different situations I was experiencing in a new culture and in a new language. I was learning how to ‘be’ in a different language. During the coaching lots of seeds have been planted and I’m starting to see the fruits of all the thinking and actions. Niki helped by giving me the chance to do lots of talking about the issues that were making me uncomfortable. By putting my thoughts into language they are not random thoughts scattered around anymore. And I was able to do it in English.
It was valuable having input from Nicola’s expertise and wisdom at a time when my work was vulnerable and I was feeling overwhelmed by outer circumstances/responsibilities. Thank you most sincerely Nicola for your sensitivity, perceptiveness, astute mirroring, creative connection-making – your commitment to my progress during these sessions and for holding the space between them too. It was such a gift!
